Urban Falcons

Before coming to public radio, KUER reporter and online editor Brian Grimmett worked in television production at KBYU. So, it was natural fit to have him produce this short film for VideoWest.

It’s called Urban Falcons, and it’s about the peregrines that nest each year in downtown Salt Lake City. Though it’s not like life in the wild, they return each year to the drastically altered landscape of the city, and teach their young to fly.

Directed by Brian Grimmett
Produced by Doug Fabrizio & Elaine Clark
